The Department required an online portfolio, program, and project system to better manage risks and track progress across the infrastructure portfolio. Our team played a central role in managing the service provider's contract, setting the business requirements, and integrating the system into the department's business.

Our team managed the development of tools and governance to support improved evaluation and selection of forms of contract for infrastructure projects.

A considerable uplift in detail and governance was required in contract and variation management, following the outcomes of an audit. Our team managed a new approach to managing this uplift, through the design of an approach that better aligned with government policy, and through managing a service provider to deliver an online tool.
